Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources Department, including recruitment and hiring, onboarding, employee benefits, performance management, and compliance with applicable HR policies, rules, and state and federal laws. This position also supports the Executive Director with agency-wide employee management and HR-related needs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with staff and leadership and will approach all responsibilities with professionalism, respect, confidentiality, and a commitment to creating a positive workplace. All duties will be performed in accordance with agency policies and applicable state and federal laws. 40 hours/wk, starting at $26.16/hr depending upon experience. Includes accrued leave and paid holidays.

Care Coordinator - Part-Time

We are seeking a part-time Care Coordinator to support individuals and families in navigating healthcare, social services, and community resources. This position conducts assessments, develops individualized action plans, connects clients to resources, helps remove barriers to care, and coordinates with healthcare providers and community partners. We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resourceful, organized, and committed to helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. 29 hours/wk, starting at $22.15/hr. Includes accrued leave and paid holidays.

White Salmon Youth Center Coordinator, Part-time

Currently hiring for a part- time assistant for our Youth Center. Seeking a person who enjoys working with kids, helping with schoolwork, art and modeling positive behaviors. The Community Youth Center is located in White Salmon and serves youth ages 6-17. It is free for anyone to attend. While there, kids receive help with homework, play on computers, work on art projects and have fun with their friends. This is a part-time position, 20-29 hours a week,$19.82/hour. Current hours are Mon – Fri 9am to 4pm, but are subject to change depending on the White Salmon School District’s plan.
