In an effort to bring home services to all counties in Washington State, the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) has awarded Washington Gorge Action Programs (WAGAP) a Rural Home Visitation Exploration grant for $30,000 to complete a needs assessment for Klickitat and Skamania counties.

April 19, 2023 (STEVENSON) — Washington Gov. Jay Inslee visited Stevenson last week to speak with local representatives about the community services provided by agencies and nonprofit organizations in the area.
As part of the tour of Skamania County, Inslee participated in roundtable sessions with community leaders and experts on the topics of housing and human services.
